[Pkg-samba-maint] libmapi++ package

Hi,

I'm trying to build akonadi resource for OpenChange and the build
fails as it could not find libmapi++

debian/control says
 # No libmapi++ package for now
        rm -rf $(CURDIR)/debian/tmp/usr/include/libmapi++

Why was it skipped? I will try to uncomment it and build the package
with libmapi++, but knowing the resoning would be good.
