As an individual, I don't either.

As a Debian developer, I have to think this is a problem because my
project voted this way.

If samba4 depends on these files for its build, then we're screwed,
aren't we? And we need to move it to non-free...

That would indeed make an interesting headline "Debian to move samba 4
in its non free section in application of the Debian Free Software
Guidelines".
