I don't really understand what you're trying to do.
Why not "apt-get source" packages from experimental? Then make the
very few needed modifications (--without-libtalloc in debian/rules and
drop the libtalloc-dev build dependency), then rebuild the packages
with dpkg-buildpackage or pbuilder?
This is how I compiled the 3.2.5 packages for etch that are on
backports.org as well as unofficial 3.2.7 packages we offer for lenny
and etch on http://pkg-samba.alioth.debian.org/packages (the latter
ones need some more work as they inappropriately are built against
libtalloc).
