So in this case, both the source and destination filesystems report that
they don't support posix acls; but cp exits with an error.
I think that's a (separate) coreutils bug.
While it seems to be an error that the CIFS driver reports ACLs are not
supported in this case, I think that's a relatively minor problem and that
getting coreutils fixed should be the priority.
Anyway, reassigning to the kernel package now, since it's established that
the initial problem is a kernel bug.
