[Pkg-samba-maint] Heads up: we need something to warn users about passdb backend change in 3.4

3.4.0 will change the default passdb backend from smbpasswd to tdbsam.
That will likely break existing setups where the passdb backend is not
explicitely set in smb.conf.
I think this is a quite good use of a debconf note with the following
way to do it:
if "upgrade from < 3.4 to >=3.4"
if "not found 'passdb backend' in smb.conf"
display note
fi
fi
One should not, though, that our default smb.conf already explicitely
sets "passdb backend".
Steve, what's your stance on this?
