[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#518667: samba: smbd doesn't listen on ipv4

After a pristine install of 'samba' with no changes to smb.conf, smbd
doesn't listen on ipv4:

I don't know how to make samba listen on tcp 0.0.0.0 by changing the
configuration either.
