[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#529735: samba: NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL when adding user with the same uid as deleted user

There was a user (both samba and UNIX) which was deleted only from UNIX users.

If create a new user, he can recieve the uid of deleted user. But it would be impossible to add him running
#smbpasswd -a newuser
Unable to modify TDB passwd: NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL!
Failed to add entry for user newuser.
Failed to modify password entry for user newuser

Debug will also not show the actual reason.

smbpasswd should write something like "The user with the same uid exists in the db"
