[Pkg-samba-maint] samba{4, }-common -> samba{4, }-common{, -bin} transition

I think the Samba 3 and Samba 4 packaging branches as I have created
them in the branches/coexist directory in Subversion are now ready to be
merged. 

Is this ok to land? Also, should I land this in just the branch for
experimental for now or also in trunk ?
