[Pkg-samba-maint] Still problems compiling 3.4.1

I didn't succeed in compiling samba 3.4.1 with what we have in SVN.

This is mostly due to --enable-external-libtalloc not being properly
supported to build the torture suite.

Steve, would you mind having a look at this? This very probably
requires bringing in some part of the patches you temporarily re-added
recently.
