The latest upload contains these files:

source4/ldap_server/devdocs/draft-armijo-ldap-syntax-00.txt
source4/ldap_server/devdocs/ldapext-ldapv3-vlv-04.txt

These files look like IETF drafts, but there are no copyrights or
licensing information in the files.  They were written by
Microsoft/Novell/Netscape employees.  The debian/copyright file says
samba is licensed under GPLv3.  Is that correct for these files?
