At work I'm trying a recent Samba. I tried 3.5.1, but that failed to
compile on Solaris and as we desperately need to go forward I chose to
use 3.4.7 instead of trying to figure out why 3.5.1 fails to compile
with ipv6 only code on Solaris. The fact that it fails to compile on
Solaris itself is not very important, though it shows that 3.5.1 is not
tested very much in production IMHO.

So I would go for 3.4.7 for the moment.

Btw what version did/do other distributions release with?

Cheers

Luk
