[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#566890: winbind: Should be possible to enable using pam-auth-update

It would be great if it was possible to enable winbind authentication
using the winbind package by simply selecting it as an option via
pam-auth-update.  For that to happen it need to provide its setting in
/usr/share/pam-configs/.  Please implement it in the package.
