The package builds Samba 4 with shared modules enabled (something
supported explicitly by Samba 4) but this support is broken at the
moment (since Samba 4 moved to waf as its build system). We do this
because we don't want to build private copies of talloc, tdb, tevent and
ldb but instead use the system versions.
