[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#572603: samba: build-depends for libtalloc needs updating

I attempted to build the latest samba package on a mostly stable
(Lenny) system.  It met all the build-dependencies, as verified by
dpkg-buildpackage -b -uc -D
However, initial configuration failed:
checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes
checking for TALLOC... no
configure: error: Unable to find libtalloc
make: *** [configure] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: failure: debian/rules build gave error exit status

I upgraded libtalloc (to libtalloc2) and its dev package to the
2.0.1-1 version in unstabled and was able to build the package.

I think either the build-depends needs updating or the build process
needs to be tweaked so it still works with the old talloc.
