The "Provides" error is fixed in experimental.

I think we could fix the dependency on $syslog by adding it. Even
though we don't use syslog by default, notputting it there might
trigger problems for users who want syslog logging.....and I don't
really see any harm in enforcing samba to start after syslog is
running.
