Hmmm, I'm not sure we want to fix this in Debian. These are the raw
examples from upstream and changing them at build time is more calling
for problems than beign very important.
One could argue that, nowadays, each and every Unix/Linux system from
the 21st century has perl installed in /usr/bin, though. So, this
might be fixed upstream.
