Thanks for reporting this bug against the samba package in
Debian. Sorry for not coming on it on time.

I can't reproduce this bug on my own Samba PDC, with 3.5.6 or 3.5.8.

Do you still experience it? If so, have you tried renaming the said
files at the Unix level, logged in as the said user?
