[Pkg-samba-maint] trunk ready for 3.6.1 upload

...at least this is what I believe..:-)

I merge upstream source in the trunk as well as differences with the
experimental branch for the debian/ directory.

So, at least from my POV, trunk is ready for building samba 3.6.1,
including latest changes brought by Steve in the 3.5.* releases.

I would appreciate, however, another eye looking at all this before I
really upload 3.6.1 in unstable, which will put us on the way of
targeting 3.6 for wheezy.
