Stable ships with dhclient v4 which discontinued the use of the /etc/dhcp3/
hierarchy in favor of the /etc/dhcp/ hierarchy. As a result, samba-common 
should migrate its DHCP hook to /etc/dhcp/dhclient-enter-hooks.d/samba
