[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#646292: Please split the PAM and NSS modules into separate packages

Package: libpam-winbind
Severity: wishlist

In the past, I've found the winbind NSS modules useful for name
resolution on Windows-centric networks. However, libpam-winbind also
conains the PAM winbind module, and appears to use pam-auth-update to
install it into the authentication chain by default. Please consider
splitting the PAM and NSS modules into separate packages, to allow use
of the NSS modules without affecting authentication in any way.
