[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#681050: samba4: fails to configure when smb.conf is removed

Hi,

in addition to the just-submitted bug report, the bit of advice one gets
when a ProvisionError happens is bad:
| ProvisioningError: guess_names: 'realm =' was not specified in supplied /etc/samba/smb.conf.  Please remove the smb.conf file and let provision generate it

So I touch'd it, and the same error as in the other report is happening
again (missing realm)…
