[Pkg-samba-maint] Samba Shared Printers

Dear Samba Team:

First, I want to thank your attention to solve our questions, and say 
hello from Chile.

My problem appear when i want to share printers with the Microsoft Group 
called "open". The Microsoft users can connect and install the printers, 
but they are not able to set the paper size.

The original used paper size is A4. But When I try configure printer for 
use Letter paper size I check new configuration but this hold the 
previous paper size. Please see my smb.conf:

[global]
     workgroup = MIDEARTH
     netbios name = GANDALF
     security = SHARE
     printing = cups
[printers]
     comment = All Printers
     path = /var/spool/samba
     printer admin = root
     guest ok = Yes
     printable = Yes
     use client driver = Yes
     browseable = No


This settings are based on "Samba How To" from samba.org. My Samba 
version is 2:3.5.6~dfsg-3squeeze8 for Squeeze 6.0.1.

The strange is that I use this settings for AMD64 Debian distribution, 
and this settings work perfectly.


Please, help me. I need demostrate that Debian Linux is the best 
distribution.
