[Pkg-samba-maint] Issue in samba/unstable = 3.6.5

Greetings,

I've got experienced problems with default debian smb.conf from package.

After talking with guys on freenode #samba irc channel we found
"encrypt passwords = no" by default in debian default config.

This cause samba server won't authenicate anyone.

After changing to "encrypt passwords = yes" everything working just fine.

Please change example config, so people won't get such troubles in future.
