And cups-client had been reported with #618545 that already mentions
that Recommends is a too strong dependency, and sugests to use
"Suggests".

What's weird is that #618545 has been closed by and upload that
"debian/control: Downgrade smbclient to Recommends."....while the
suggestion was explicitely to drop the dependency to "Suggests".

As a final consequence, I think this bug should be reassigned to
cups-client and, again, ask for the dependency on smbclient to be
downgraded to a "Suggests".
