[Pkg-samba-maint] [PATCH] samba4: upgrade from alpha17 to alpha18 should not run upgradeprovision

hi

i've test upgraded a samba4 alpha17 to alpha18.

seems that postinst runs "upgradeprovision --full" which results in many 
errors with "samba-tool dbcheck".

Andrew Bartlett directed me to the Release Notes that tell to not run 
upgradeprovision on installations >=alpha16.
