[Pkg-samba-maint] Early plans for a merged samba3/samba4 package

I would have a preference for git, given that I have more occasions to
work with it (including for packages where I manage releases) than
bzr.

I am a bit scared by the svn->git conversion, so I think I could live
with the history being kept in subversion while git has only new
developments.
