[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#673672: More research

There is more: The cifs mount seems to be actually mounted by
/etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs (confusing). This works; the actual reason
why my file system was not mounted was that this script waits for all
interfaces to come up. However, I had two network interfaces configured,
one when the Linux system runs standalone, another when the same system
runs in a Virtualbox on Windows - so only one of them will ever come up
(both connect to the same network).

The question is, how to fix this. The mountnfs is actually verbose about
the problem and says that it is waiting, so this is ok. Nevertheless,
that message is not logged to syslog, so when booting straight to GUI,
the message is never seen by anybody. Maybe it should detect permanent
failures in bringing up interfaces, and try to mount anyway in this case.
