[Pkg-samba-maint] freeze planning for samba packages

Still, in case the current packages migrate to testing, I intend to
release a new package with what we have pending in SVN. Better safe
than sorry in case upstream doesn't release.

Indeed, from now, I'll try to keep pending things in SVN to the
minimum and upload changes as soon as previous changes migrated.
