[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#674918: samba4: FTBFS on amd64

The current version of samba4 doesn't build anymore. It fails to configure
with the following error:

Checking for system hx509 : not found 
Checking for header hx509.h : no 
ERROR: System library hx509 of version 0.0.0 not found, and bundling disabled

This problems seems to be caused by the latest version of heimdal.
/usr/include/heimdal/rfc2459_asn1.h includes a reference to config.h, which
doesn't exist. The version in testing is fine. Diff between both versions:
