For reference, what this shows is:

Maintainer: Ubuntu Developers <ubuntu-devel-discuss at lists.ubuntu.com>
Original-Maintainer: Samba Debian Maintainers <pkg-samba-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org>

Ubuntu binary packages are always deliberately marked as having Ubuntu as
the maintainer, so that Debian maintainers aren't burdened with
Ubuntu-specific bugs.  (Even for packages like Samba where the Debian and
Ubuntu maintainers are mostly the same people, it's still helpful to keep
the bug reports separate. :)
