[Pkg-samba-maint] samba4 packages

Hi all!

As you might know I've recently changed jobs and moved to a different
country. Unfortunately that has had the consequence that I now have a
lot less time to spend on Free Software. Sorry for the lack of
communication. Thanks to Andrew and Brian for picking up the slack and
uploading the 4.0.1 security fix to unstable.

Now that samba 4.0 has been released, we should get rid of the samba4
source package for jessie and just have all of its binary packages be
built from the samba source package. We discussed ways of doing this
before, but I don't think there is a clear plan yet?

Realistically, I'm not sure how much time I'll have in the near future
to help obsolete the samba4 source package, but I'll try to help out
where I can. By all means, please don't let me hold you back if you're
interested in working on this.
