[Pkg-samba-maint] Are we ready for experimental?

I've addressed the TODO issues as well as I can, in the recent push.

Upgrades from Sid (just installing with dpkg) are not perfect:

dpkg: regarding .../libsmbd0_4.0.6+dfsg-1_amd64.deb containing
libsmbd0:amd64:
 libsmbd0 breaks samba (<< 2:4.0.6+dfsg-1)
samba (version 2:3.6.15-1) is present and installed.

dpkg: error processing ../libsmbd0_4.0.6+dfsg-1_amd64.deb (--install):
installing libsmbd0:amd64 would break samba, and
deconfiguration is not permitted (--auto-deconfigure might help)

Unpacking replacement samba ...
dpkg: error processing ../samba_4.0.6+dfsg-1_amd64.deb (--install):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man8/smbpasswd.8.gz', which is also
in package samba-common-bin 2:3.6.15-1

Unpacking samba-ad-dc (from .../samba-ad-dc_4.0.6+dfsg-1_amd64.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing ../samba-ad-dc_4.0.6+dfsg-1_amd64.deb
(--install):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man7/samba.7.gz', which is also in
package samba-common-bin 2:3.6.15-1

However apt-get install -f fixed it, and I presume we just need a few
more replaces or similar lines.

It would be great to get advise on fixing those, but even so I'm
wondering what is stopping us putting this in experimental. I've tested
the packages and the basics do work.
