Well, you would have better chances discussing this issue in Samba
mailing lists, hosted at http://lists.samba.org. We (Debian
maitainers) are already fairly busy maintaining the packages and we're
not really able to also make user support for samba. Sorry for not
being very helpful but I prefer you don't expect things that are
unlikely to come....
