This morning, while running (:-)), I was thinking about that. I'm not
sure about the result if I use the method described in
http://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/Git (which is what I use for converting
font packages SVN), as our SVN repo is currently multi-packages.

So, well, feel free to try the conversion also.
