The same problem with samba-3.6.14, OK with samba 3.6.13
After upgrading from samba-3.6.13 to samba-3.6.14 in winbind log

    winbind enum groups = yes
    winbind nss info = template
    winbind nested groups = yes
    winbind max clients = 500
    idmap uid = 10000-100000
    idmap gid = 10000-100000
    idmap cache time = 1200
