Jelmer is also getting duplicates, but I'm not. I did indeed configure both
the mailing list and the PTS. This is the config I had:
hooks.mailinglist=pkg-samba-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org
hooks.bcc=samba_cvs at packages.qa.debian.org
I changed this to:
hooks.mailinglist=samba_cvs at packages.qa.debian.org
We'll see if this gives a better result. I suspect there is some duplicate
suppression on my side (and on the side of the mailing list archives), which
hides the duplicate mails.
