Ah, I found your account as "abartlet-guest". It just needed a
project's admin (aka Steve Langasek or /me) to add you to the project
on Alioth, which I just did.

So that raises our count of number of Samba Team  who are also part of
the packaging team to 3...:-)

And, more importantly, that allows you to clone
git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-samba/samba and puch back.

SSH access on Alioth is described in http://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/SSH
(including the host key). Installing SSH keys is described in the wiki
page. Basically, it need you to use
https://alioth.debian.org/account/editsshkeys.php and paste your SSH
public key there
