Hello William,

In such case, it seems that reporting *also* in Debian BTS is mostly
pointless (unless you really want to report all upstream bugs). I
understand this issue is hurting your setup, certainly but, well,
apart from linking the issue to the one reported upstream, I don't see
what additionnal input can be expected from having it too in Debian
BTS.

Anyway, I linked the bug to the upstream bug (thanks for pointing us
to it) which is basically the only thing we can do, here.

Thanks for your concern in Debian packages for samba.
