Thank you for all your hard work on this.  Samba 4.1.0 is now out BTW.  

Once we get that working I do suggest we should just track the 4.1
series, rather than both 4.0 and 4.1, given the resources available
here. 

I don't think we are likely to get much more feedback until it hits
unstable, but we should be ready for it when we do, because I'm sure
folks will hit issues...
