[Pkg-samba-maint] Building winexe against Debian samba packages 2:4.0.10+dfsg-2

Hi Samba maintainers,

First, thanks for the excellent work.

Second, a question.  In order to build the winexe utility against the Samba
dynamic libraries packaged in version 2:4.0.10+dfsg-2 I have to do the
following,
despite of course having samba-dev installed.

    cd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/samba
    sudo ln -s libcli-ldap.so.0 libcli-ldap.so
    sudo ln -s libdcerpc-samba.so.0 libdcerpc-samba.so
    sudo ln -s liberrors.so.0 liberrors.so

Before the libraries were bundled together into samba-libs I didn't
have to do this.

Before I file a bug report I thought I would ask here where the absence of these
symbolic links is intentional, or an oversight, or....
