Steve already removed that one. But please note that libcups2-dev depends on
libkrb5-dev, so it still gets pulled in.

I didn't. I just added back all build-depends from samba 3.6, as the seem to
be lost in the merge.

With these changes, apart from libcups2-dev, only libcap-dev remains as
additional build-dep.
