The flags from cups aren't actually wrong, just unneeded. The issue is that
samba fails to build, because it links against libkrb5 in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/heimdal instead of /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu, so
this is somewhat samba-specific. That said, good point. There is #727058 now.
