Actually, the dependencies are present but they don't appear to be
working for some reason.

We have a build dependency on docbook-xsl, but configure doesn't
actually seem to find them on m68k. From the build output:

Checking for stylesheet http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl : not found 

My amd64 builds all pass this test:

Checking for stylesheet http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl : ok*

Does 'xsltproc --nonet
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl'
work properly on the m68k host with xsltproc and docbook-xsl
installed?
