Ideally we should just depend on heimdal-multidev. I've been trying to
get other packages to depend on krb5-multidev or heimdal-multidev, so
that working on one part of Debian doesn't require uninstalling half
of your system.

It seems like the main issue here is a missing dependency in one of
Samba's wscripts. Rater than pulling in the kerberos cflags,
we rely on the fact that krb5.h is available in the default include
path.
