Hello,

samba FTBFS on hurd-i386 because lib/tevent/testsuite.c uses PIPE_BUF
unconditionally, which is not defined on GNU/Hurd.

Attached is a simple patch that use sysconf() if PIPE_BUF is not 
defined.

With this patch and those in #759008 and #749095 applied, samba builds
and seems to be working fine on GNU/Hurd.
