I can confirm that this bug is present on wheezy, i've just upgraded from
squeeze to wheezy and hit that.

Googling around about that lead me to:

and so to:

but i've tried to dig around samba git repository to found the patch that
[1] say supposed fixed in 3.6.8, but i've not found it.
