Your bug report includes no information about the problem you're
experiencing, except to say that it "hangs".  You will need to provide more
information about this problem.  What command were you running when it hung? 
What environment are you running this in?

Note that the version number you've listed is an out-of-date package; the
current package version in Debian wheezy is 2:3.6.6-6+deb7u3.
