Hi,

On latest:
	Debian stable 7.5

I also ran into this, when installing:
	apt-get install samba=2:3.6.6-6+deb7u3 -t wheezy

Because this did NOT install samba-common-bin.

But:
	/etc/init.d/samba uses testparm
and testparm comes from samba-common-bin.

"Proof":
	apt-cache show samba=2:3.6.6-6+deb7u2|grep samba-common-bin
returns nothing.
