Unfortunately this is likely to take some time.

Before a backport can happen, Samba 4.2 needs to land in testing. At
the moment, there are several things that need to be done before an
upload of 4.2 to unstable.

ctdb has been integrated, but the integration is not complete -
clustering hasn't been re-enabled yet.

samba has been switched over to the bundled Heimdal.

openchange doesn't work with Samba 4.2 yet. We might remove OpenChange
from Debian altogether though, which would eliminate this blocker

Our current work is available in the branch 'experimental' in
repository git://git.debian.org/pkg-samba/samba if you'd like to try
it out.
