[Pkg-samba-maint] samba build failure on raspbian stretch rm: cannot remove '/«BUILDDIR»/samba-4.1.17+dfsg/debian/tmp/usr/share/man/man1/vfstest.1': No such file or directory

While trying to build samba for raspbian stretch one of our autobuilders
got the following error.

#Remove unused vfstest manpage as there is no more vfstest apparently
rm /«BUILDDIR»/samba-4.1.17+dfsg/debian/tmp/usr/share/man/man1/vfstest.1
rm: cannot remove '/«BUILDDIR»/samba-4.1.17+dfsg/debian/tmp/usr/share/man/man1/vfstest.1': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [override_dh_install] Error 1

Not sure why the file didn't appear for us, dunno if it's a difference
between debian and raspbian, a difference caused by the fact that we
base (mostly) on stretch* rather than sid or a difference due to something
changing in the time between you uploading -4 and us building it but I
thought i'd make you aware of it.

For now in raspbian I added -f to the rm command so it will succeed
regardless of whether the file exists or not.

* Though while dealing with build-dependency issues I did update tdb
   to the sid version.
